
Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has instructed higher education institutions to integrate FutureSkills Prime courses into their curriculum for the enhancement of the students’ technological skills and employability. It is a part of the state’s digital skilling initiative.
The state will include this new ‘FutureSkills Prime’ curriculum for + 3 students. An agreement has been signed between the Higher Education Department and Nasscom. Initially, it will be covered as a pilot program in 61 government-aided colleges and 8 tertiary institutions.
According to the agreement, Nasscom will provide facilities to educational institutions to enroll students in it. This course will be conducted online. This certification can be very useful for working in IT fields. Keeping in view the need of students in the industrial sector, Nasscom has started such a course.
