Actress Sunny Leone’s Name Appears on UP Police Constable Exam Admit Card, Investigation Underway

The Uttar Pradesh Police faced embarrassment when an admit card featuring the name and photograph of actor Sunny Leone for the Police Constable examination went viral on Saturday. According to sources within the UP Police cyber cell, the incident is currently under investigation.

On February 17, approximately 48 lakh candidates participated in the UP Police Recruitment Board’s exam for 60,244 posts. The issue arose during the initial session at Srimati Sone Shri Smarak Balika Mahavidhyala in Kannauj district, where one seat remained unoccupied. Upon investigation, invigilators discovered that the allocated roll number belonged to an applicant named Sunny Leon, as per the admit card issued by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board.

ASP Amit Kumar Anand of Kannauj stated, “Upon investigation, it was determined that the application in the actor’s name originated from Kasganj district. The Kasganj Police is currently probing the matter, while the UP Police is examining how the admit card was issued.”

Out of the total 48 lakh candidates, approximately 15 lakh were female.

Sunny Leone, born in Canada to Sikh parents, achieved success in the US adult film industry before transitioning to India, where she participated in Big Boss and appeared in numerous films such as Jism 2, Jackpot, Shootout at Wadala, Ragini MMS 2, Vadacurry, and Hate Story 2, among others.

The actor married Daniel Weber in 2011 and is a parent to three children-Nisha, Asher, and Noah. They adopted Nisha several years ago and welcomed Noah and Asher into their lives in 2018 through surrogacy.
