Bhubaneswar Gears Up for DGP Conference with PM Modi and Amit Shah’s Visit

The DGP conference is set to take place at the Lok Seva Bhavan Convention Center in Bhubaneswar tomorrow and will continue until December 1. Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the event during his three-day visit to Odisha, starting tomorrow. Additionally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also be present. As a result, Bhubaneswar is under heightened security for the DGP and IG conferences.

According to the schedule, the Prime Minister will arrive in Bhubaneswar tomorrow at 4:20 pm. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is expected to reach the city earlier.

To ensure safety, tight security arrangements have been implemented across Bhubaneswar. Police and BSF personnel are sealing all city entry points. In addition, all incoming and outgoing lanes of the city are being thoroughly checked. Throughout the night, stringent inspections have been conducted at various entry points in preparation for the Prime Minister’s visit.

Moreover, a ‘no-flying zone’ has been declared around the venue of the Prime Minister’s programme. Consequently, drones are prohibited from flying in these areas during the event.

Furthermore, security across the capital has been significantly tightened. BSF jawans are patrolling the city, and armed personnel have been deployed around key locations, including the State Guest House. Meanwhile, all buildings in the vicinity are being thoroughly inspected and closely monitored.

On a brighter note, Bhubaneswar is glowing with colorful lights in anticipation of the DGP conference. From the State Guest House to major streets, the entire city is adorned with decorations. Finally, preparations for the event have reached their final stage. The Chief Minister personally reviewed the arrangements at Lok Seva Bhavan Convention Center and the State Guest House, ensuring everything is on track for the high-profile event.
