Moga: A serious road accident took place in Moga district of Punjab today early morning. Five youths lost their lives in this terrible accident between a car and a truck.
The accident took place near Kadahewala village in Moga district at around 3 am today. There was a head-on collision between a Hyundai car and a grain-laden truck. The accident was so severe that 5 youths in the car died on the spot. The car was going towards Makhu on Moga-Amritsar highway while the truck was on its way towards Moga.
After receiving the news, the police reached the spot and sent the dead bodies for autopsy to Moga civil hospital. The bodies of the deceased were badly mutilated. So, the youths have not been identified yet. But they are believed to be the residents of Delhi as the car has a Delhi number. The incident is being investigated by the police.
