On Thursday, Congress renamed the Bharat Nyay Yatra to ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra,’ with Rahul Gandhi set to lead the journey from the east to the west of the country, building on his leadership of the Bharat Jodo Yatra last year. Arunachal Pradesh is now part of the states encompassed in Rahul Gandhi’s route for the yatra.

The yatra will span 11 days in Uttar Pradesh, traversing 1,074 km across 20 districts. In its entirety, the yatra will cover 110 districts, including 100 Lok Sabha seats and 337 Assembly seats. The expanded journey will now cover a total distance of 6,700 km, an increase from the initial 6,200 km.
