The High Court has heard the divorce petition of MP Anubhav Mohanty. Opponent Barsha Priyadarshini has sought court to present her side on the appeal petition. The High Court has scheduled the final hearing of the case on 6th of next month. The Cuttack family court dismissed Anubhab’s appeal.
Anubhav Mohanty had filed a petition in the family court seeking divorce from his wife Barsha Priyadharthini. However, Anubhav approached the High Court challenging the verdict of the family court. On October 17, the High Court accepted the appeal of Anubhav Mohanty and issued a notice to actress Barsha Priyadarshini. The High Court directed Barsha Priyadharini to submit the records of the lower court. Now the final verdict is on 6th December.
