Some regions in Odisha are currently facing moderate cold conditions, despite a noticeable increase in the minimum (night) temperature in certain areas of South Interior Odisha. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported on Tuesday that there is no significant change expected in the weather conditions for the next three days. However, a decline in the minimum temperature by 2 to 3 degrees is anticipated.

Consequently, numerous districts are expected to endure cold conditions for an extended period. The IMD has further forecasted that several districts in the state will witness dense fog during the night and early morning hours. A yellow warning for dense fog has been issued for some districts over the next two days.
