Founded in May 2023, Zyber 365 is a Web3 and AI-based operating system startup that has not only disrupted the retail sector but also achieved the coveted unicorn status within a mere three months. In the startup world, a company valued at over $1 billion is famously referred to as a unicorn.

Headquartered in London with operational bases in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Zyber 365 has been hailed as India and Asia’s fastest unicorn, attaining a valuation of $1.2 billion (approximately Rs 9,840 crore). Pearl Kapur, serving as the Founder and CEO of Zyber 365, boasts a remarkable net worth of $1.1 billion (Rs 9,129 crore), holding a commanding 90% of shares in the company. Recently, the startup secured $100 million in Series A funding, with 8.3% of the investment originating from the SRAM & MRAM Group, an agrarian company that recognized Zyber 365’s immense potential.
Kapur, a graduate in MSC Investment Banking (CFA Pathway) from Queen Mary University of London, is renowned as an innovator in the realm of Web3 technology. Prior to Zyber 365, Pearl Kapur’s professional journey included roles as a Financial Advisor at AMPM Store and a Business Advisor for Antier Solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit culminated in the founding of Billion Pay Technologies Pvt Ltd in February 2022.
