
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is poised to deliver a keynote address at a significant rally on February 27 in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, marking the culmination of K Annamalai’s statewide campaign, “En Mann (En Makkal My land My people)” yatra. Annamalai, the BJP state president will conclude his exhaustive tour of all 234 assembly constituencies in the state at Palladam Assembly constituency. Annamalai anticipates a turnout of 13 lakh attendees, expressing confidence that Tamil Nadu will play a pivotal role in securing Modi’s return as Prime Minister.
Esteemed Tamil Nadu BJP leaders herald this event as the largest public gathering orchestrated by the BJP in the state’s history. An executive from the party indicates that the venue will accommodate seating for up to five lakh individuals. Extensive preparations are underway in Madhapur village near Palladam, where the BJP is diligently organizing a sprawling ground for the public assembly, expected to draw around 10 lakh participants.
The Prime Minister’s itinerary unfolds with meticulous planning. Modi is slated to arrive at Coimbatore’s Sulur Airport in the afternoon on February 27, proceeding to Palladam by helicopter. Subsequently, around 2.45 pm, he will convene at Madhapur to address the mega rally organized by the state BJP, before departing for Madurai. In Madurai, Modi is scheduled to partake in a program titled ‘Digital Mobility Initiative for Automotive MSME’ at TVS Lakshmi School, where he will spend the night.
Continuing his journey, Modi will venture to Thoothukudi in the morning on February 28, where he will lay the foundation stones for various developmental projects. From there, the Prime Minister will proceed to Tirunelveli, addressing a public gathering in the southern district, before heading to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
