Shivpal Yadav Demands Narco Test in Ayodhya Rape Case

The rape case involving a 12-year-old girl in Bhadrasa, Ayodhya, has intensified political turmoil following revelations about the Socialist Party leader’s involvement. Shivpal Yadav, National General Secretary of the Socialist Party, has condemned the incident and called for a narco test for all involved parties, including the Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.

Yadav strongly criticized the incident and supported former Socialist Party MLA Tej Narayan Pandey’s call for narco-tests of the rape victim, the accused, and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya. Yadav stated, “This will clarify who is engaging in cheap politics on this sensitive issue.”

In response to the accusations, Maurya had tweeted that the Socialist Party’s nature is to protect criminals and alleged that the party’s leaders would support the accused if they were Muslim. He further stated that the police investigation would ultimately clear any confusion. The case has garnered significant attention after the victim, who was blackmailed and abused over an extended period, was found to be two months pregnant. The main accused, Moid Khan, a Socialist Party leader and bakery owner, was arrested on July 30th.

Amidst the controversy, Vilan Pandey has also demanded DNA tests of both the accused’s mother and the victim to further investigate the case. Shivpal Yadav has supported these demands, underscoring the intense political and social dimensions surrounding the case .
