New Delhi: Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR on Sunday. Earlier this month, a powerful earthquake had jolted parts of northern India, including Delhi-NCR.
Delhi and its neighbouring cities were jolted on Sunday afternoon when a 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck Faridabad in Haryana. The earthquake struck at around 4:08 pm, said the National Centre for Seismology.
Videos showed terrified residents fleeing their homes. Several people took to social media to post about the earthquake, with one user saying, “Short but strong earthquake tremors in Delhi NCR. Hope everyone is safe.”
