The world once again seems to be divided into two parts due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. Defence experts believe that due to this, the world may face very challenging situations in the future.
To deal with this problem, all countries will have to come forward and help in finding a solution to the Palestine dispute. According to experts, many messages of this conflict have been received. First of all, it reflects Israel’s own security lapses.
A similar attack was made on Israel in 1973, yet this mistake was made again. But the attack also shows that Hamas has become more radical than before. Thirdly, the way almost all Islamic countries seem to be standing in support of Hamas is most worrying. This will provoke fundamentalist groups all over the world. India will also have to be especially cautious about such groups operating from across the border.
Defence expert Lieutenant General Rajendra Singh said that while America and Europe stand firmly with Israel in the Israel-Hamas conflict, the Islamic countries have indirectly blamed Hamas by holding Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine for decades responsible for the current situation. It is also clear that countries like Iran, Qatar, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt etc. are directly supporting Hamas in every way. Therefore, the scope of war may increase in the coming time.
According to experts, the Israel-Hamas conflict is much bigger and more dangerous than the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The centre of the entire world is going to be focused on this struggle in the times to come. America and Europe’s focus on this side may lead to a reduction in aid to Ukraine. This means that Ukraine’s position will weaken in the conflict with Russia. Thus, it is beneficial for Russia for the Western countries to remain stuck towards Israel.
China’s stand in this matter is not yet clear. He is in a wait and watch situation. But since China is keeping pace with Russia, it is more likely to stand with Russia. Even in the Russia-Ukraine war, most of the Islamic countries stood with Russia. The Israel-Hamas conflict has thus further widened the division of the world into two poles over the Russia-Ukraine war.
