In preparation for the upcoming festivities, the District Magistrate has implemented a Silver City Cutoff, effective immediately. The use of DJ systems, LED lights, and firecrackers is prohibited until November 26, with specific restrictions in place for Puja Pendals, Bhasana processions, and Bali Yatras.
Additionally, the discharge of loud arrows in mountainous and sandy areas is banned. Sound systems producing over 65 decibels are also restricted. All police officers in Cuttack have been instructed to enforce these regulations rigorously. The District Magistrate has warned that legal action will be taken against individuals who violate these directives.
