Israel has weakened Hezbollah’s power significantly. Following the elimination of the organization’s leader, Hassan Nasrallah, and his successor, Hashim Saifuddin, Israeli forces have now targeted and killed the commander of Hezbollah’s main office. The Israeli army confirmed this information.
The army stated that Suhel Hussein Husseini, the commander at Hezbollah’s headquarters, died in an airstrike in Beirut yesterday. Hezbollah has yet to respond to this development.
Yesterday marked one year since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war, which has disrupted the entire Middle East over the past year. On October 7, the Palestinian-backed organization Hamas attacked Israel, resulting in the deaths of 1,200 people and injuries to more than 250 others.
During the assault, Hamas threatened hostages and opened fire. Israel took this situation seriously and responded decisively. Not only did it retaliate against Hamas, but it also targeted nations that support the group. As part of this campaign, Israel has aimed to dismantle Hezbollah, which receives backing from Iran.
