During the elections, BJP MP candidate Ranjita Sahu was labeled as “Bibhisan” According to reports, the party’s candidate has lost, raising concerns among party members. Meanwhile, poet Surya Nagar visited to wish BJP supremo Naveen Patnaik a happy birthday, where the former parliamentarian made explosive statements to the media.
Latika stated, “Ranjita Sahu played the role of a traitor during the elections. In addition, he was dishonest and worked in collusion with the BJP.” She further claimed, “I have informed the party president about my concerns and requested appropriate action against him. If not addressed, a dangerous situation could arise in the coming days.”
Moreover, she emphasized that since the time of late Biju Babu, the Asika parliamentary constituency has shifted into the hands of others. “Evil forces ran for this seat on behalf of a candidate. Consequently, due to Ranjita’s election management mistakes, we lost all the seats. He has acted against the party’s interests. I have provided the party president with all the proof, and he continues to do this work. I have requested the president to take action against him.”
Latika added, “Ranjita, along with BJP agents, planned to defeat me. Thus, working in a disorganized manner is detrimental to the team. I firmly believe in the party president’s ability to take appropriate action against him.”
On the other hand, Ranjita Sahu has refuted Latika’s allegations. “This is an internal matter of the party, and we will address it at the Supreme Court. Importantly, I am a dedicated BJP member and was a candidate in the elections. The allegations against me are false. We are focused on how to strengthen the party,” said Ranjita.
