Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda has joined the advisory committee for the Ministry of Finance, as announced in a notification from the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs on behalf of the Government of India.
The committee, chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Minister Pankaj Chowdhury, includes 14 MPs from the Lok Sabha and 8 MPs from the Rajya Sabha.
Among the 14 Lok Sabha MPs, Baijayant Panda is a key member, along with Kumari Selja and Malvika Devi. From the Rajya Sabha, notable members include P. Chidambaram, Shambhu Sharan Patel, Y. Venkat Subba Reddy, and Ashok Kumar Mittal.
