According to information, 34-year-old Meena Kundlik Kale had two daughters before her. A few days later she gave birth to her third daughter. The husband Kundlik got angry at this. He abused his wife every day for giving birth to three daughters. Not only that, there were constant fights between husband and wife. Kundlik also used to beat Meena.
However, the dispute escalated on the night of December 26. In a fit of rage, Kundlik poured petrol on Meena and set her ablaze. As soon as the fire broke out, the woman started running screaming. The people of the neighborhood came running and tried to put out the fire. The fire was extinguished with great difficulty, but by then it was too late. Meena was taken to hospital with severe burns. He died before treatment could begin.
Meena’s sister has filed a police complaint against her husband Kundlik Bullan regarding the whole incident. The police registered a case of murder and arrested the accused husband. The entire case is under investigation.
