In a rally at the Nuh assembly seat in Mewat district, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi highlighted pressing issues faced by the youth of Haryana. He noted that many are seeking employment opportunities in America, which has led to a disconnect from their families. Consequently, he assured voters that if Congress wins, they will create two lakh jobs for youth across all demographics in Haryana. Furthermore, he emphasized that a “storm of Congress” is sweeping the state, promising relief from rising inflation.
In addition to job creation, he pledged that under a Congress government, gas cylinders will cost Rs 500. Moreover, he stated that women will receive Rs 2000 through the Mahila Shakti Yojana, and he committed to depositing funds directly into women’s accounts swiftly.
Additionally, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha mentioned that, following the example of Rajasthan, the government would cover up to Rs 25 lakh for poor patients’ treatments. He also assured immediate payment for farmers’ paddy crops, along with the implementation of Minimum Support Price (MSP).
On another note, Rahul Gandhi criticized the BJP for fostering hatred, contrasting this with Congress’s mission to spread love and unity. He declared, “I draw strength from our workers; I fear no one.”
Finally, he confidently proclaimed, “A Congress government is set to emerge in Haryana. The people have made their decision; a wave of Congress is rising, and a government of love is on the horizon.”
