The new house of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has finally been revealed. Consequently, Kejriwal will vacate the Chief Minister’s residence on Flag Staff Road on Friday, October 4.
Now, he will live with his family in the official residence of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal. Notably, Mittal’s residence falls within the New Delhi assembly constituency. In a show of support, Mittal expressed that living with AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal will teach him how to fight corruption, and he was happy with his decision.
Furthermore, the Rajya Sabha MP mentioned that after Kejriwal left the CM residence, he had invited him to stay with him. Although other AAP leaders had also offered their houses to Kejriwal, he chose to reside with Mittal. Looking ahead, after winning the upcoming Delhi assembly elections, Kejriwal aims to serve the people of Delhi once again.
It is worth noting that recently, after resigning from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced his intention to vacate the CM residence. As a result, Aam Aadmi Party leaders, councillors, MLAs, and MPs all offered their houses to him. For context, Kejriwal has been living in the official bungalow located at Flag Staff Road in Civil Lines since 2015.
