The Assembly will pass the Expenditure Sanction Bill today. After reviewing the expenditure claims from all departments, the house will approve the bill.
The Assembly will discuss matters related to Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water, Housing and Urban Development, Forest Environment and Climate Change, Rural Development, Public Enterprises, and Labor and Employees’ State Insurance departments. The opposition plans to confront the government, raising concerns over issues like the Chikitti Mada death, Dhenkanal prostitution, the Subhadra case, law enforcement, the Revensa name change proposal, and disinvestment in mineral resources.
During the expenditure discussion, the BJJ and Congress will accuse the Mohan government of misleading the public with false promises over the past three months. The ruling party will, in turn, showcase the government’s achievements during this period.
