BJP Criticizes AAP Over Yamuna Cleanup Failures: Bansuri Swaraj’s Strong Remarks

BJP’s Lok Sabha MP from New Delhi, Bansuri Swaraj said that Arvind Kejriwal had promised to clean the Yamuna, which he did not fulfil. No concrete initiative was taken in 10 years.

This is the reason why the AAP government is scared of Delhi State BJP President Virendra Sachdeva taking a dip. Sachdeva had to be hospitalized after taking a dip. From this, one can imagine what adverse effect the polluted Yamuna will have on the health of those who perform Chhath Puja.

In the press conference, she said, the State BJP President took a dip with the resolve to clean the Yamuna. As soon as it comes to power, the BJP government will form the Yamuna Authority. It is necessary to make the Yamuna clean and uninterrupted.

The BJP will work for this. She said Delhi is suffering the brunt of the false promises of Kejriwal and the AAP government. Delhi now wants change. For this, a double-engine government is necessary.

Bansuri said, the AAP, which has been in power in Delhi for 10 years, is not concerned about the people of Delhi. The people of Delhi yearn for a few drops of water in summer and the roads here get flooded when it rains. The condition of the roads is bad. Delhi is in a bad state even during the festival season.

There is a water crisis in many areas of Delhi in October. For the first time in 31 years, the budget of the Delhi government is in a deficit of seven thousand crore rupees. Development work is stalled. Kejriwal, who is missing from among the people of Delhi, Chief Minister Atishi, his ministers and MLAs are taking out padayatras seeing the elections coming near. They are facing the anger of the people of Delhi.

Before every election, it is shown that Kejriwal has been attacked. He cannot mislead the citizens of Delhi in this way now. AAP leaders are blaming the BJP in an attempt to cover up their failure.
