Drivers have been using their headlights even during the morning hours, as faces are barely visible from a distance of 100 meters.
In Puri, dense fog has also enveloped the area, shrouding the temple in a thick mist. The unexpected fog has raised pollution levels, and authorities suspect that environmental factors may have contributed to the heavy fog.
