A tragic accident occurred in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, claiming five lives in an instant. The accident happened when a speeding passenger bus collided with a dumper parked by the roadside. Reports indicate that the bus driver was blinded by the sun, leading to the fatal crash.
Sandeep, a resident of Lucknow, had travelled to Mathura with a friend and his 4-year-old son for a mundan ceremony. The bus, carrying around 20 people, was on its way back from Mathura when it struck the dumper while passing through Firozabad. Tragically, Sandeep’s wife, elder son, and daughter were among the five who died on the spot.
Six others sustained serious injuries. The locals rushed to the scene after hearing the screams and informed the police. Authorities quickly arrived, rescued the injured, and transported them to the district hospital. The bodies of the deceased were sent for autopsy.
