Jaipur’s hospitals are in a state of high alert due to a series of bomb threats that have caused widespread panic. Early this morning, a private hospital in Jabahar city received a threatening letter claiming that Moni Lake Hospital in Sector 5 had bombs planted under beds and in bathrooms. The letter warned of an imminent explosion.
Soon after, similar threatening emails were sent to multiple hospitals across Jaipur, escalating the emergency. The threats caused chaos, putting patients, hospital staff, and police at risk. Authorities responded swiftly, deploying bomb disposal teams, police forces, fire brigades, dog squads, and the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) to conduct searches.
Despite thorough investigations, no suspicious devices have been found in any of the hospitals so far. The police are now working to identify the person or group behind the threats and trace the origin of the emails. This follows previous bomb threats targeting Jaipur’s airport and several major schools.
