The third phase of the BJP government begins today in Haryana, with Naib Singh Saini set to take oath as Chief Minister for the second time. The oath-taking ceremony will take place at the Sector 5 Parade Ground in Panchkula.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and other senior BJP leaders will attend the event. Additionally, Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states will also attend the ceremony.
Following the Haryana elections on October 5, the counting of votes on October 8 revealed a historic victory for the BJP, contradicting all exit polls. The party won 48 out of 90 seats, while Congress secured only 11, allowing the BJP to form the government for the third consecutive term.
Later today, the BJP plans to demonstrate its strength after the swearing-in ceremony. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the party will hold crucial meetings with chief ministers and deputy chief ministers from all states, alongside BJP leaders from the NDA.
With upcoming elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand, the discussions will likely center on strategic planning for these contests and other important issues.
