ECI Announces Schedule for Phase IV Elections in Odisha

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the notification for Phase IV elections in Odisha, slated for June 1. This phase encompasses seven Lok Sabha seats and their corresponding Assembly constituencies. Scheduled for June 1, polling will occur in Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, and Sambalpur Lok Sabha constituencies, with voting hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In a similar vein, the statutory notification for Phase III elections was issued on April 29, with voting set for May 25. Phase III will cover Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Puri, and Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha seats, including 42 Assembly seats under their jurisdiction.

Likewise, the statutory notification for Phase II elections was released on April 26. Phase II voting in Odisha is slated for May 20.
