Rainfall is set to decrease, while fog is expected to intensify. The Meteorological Department predicts a slight reduction in rain across the state starting today, with a complete cessation likely from tomorrow.
South Odisha may witness light rain today. Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, and Nabarangpur districts could experience rainfall at one or two locations. However, the weather will shift significantly from tomorrow as rainfall diminishes entirely.
Meanwhile, dense fog will cover various parts of the state for the next two days. Due to thick fog, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow warning for eight districts today. Sundergarh, Sambalpur, Balangir, Jharsuguda, Nuapada, Bargarh, Keonjhar, and Mayurbhanj are likely to experience dense fog in some areas.
