A road accident occurred on Vellore Street under Basta police station in Balasore district, where a dumper struck a van, leaving five people seriously injured. The injured are now receiving treatment at the hospital.
This morning, a dumper rear-ended a van travelling from Dhamnagar to West Bengal, forcing it to overturn by the roadside. The collision injured five passengers.
